Shipping & Returns

Last updated 12 August 2026. Nexus Vault operates from Queensland, Australia.

Postage & delivery

  • Buyer pays postage. Postage is not included in the listed item price.
  • Australia Post standard tracked service. All items are sent using Australia Post standard post with tracking. Tracking details are supplied once the item is lodged.
  • Postage quoted after purchase. Once you submit your details we calculate the exact postage for your address and item, and notify you of the cost before payment is finalised. You may withdraw from the purchase at no cost if you don't accept the quoted postage.
  • Australia-wide only. We currently sell and ship within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
  • Handling time. Most items require 2–3 business days handling before they are posted. Delivery time after lodgement depends on Australia Post's own service standards for your destination.
  • Items are packed with protective materials suited to collectables. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

Returns & refunds

  • No change-of-mind returns. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns simply because you have changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, or decided you no longer want it.
  • Sold as displayed. Every item is a one-off from a private collection and is sold in the condition shown in its listing photographs and description. The photographs form part of the description.
  • Ask before you buy. Please raise any questions about condition, grading, authenticity, centering, packaging or completeness before purchasing. We're happy to supply extra photos or details on request.
  • Faulty or misdescribed items. Refunds, replacements or other remedies are provided where required by law — for example where an item is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which applies in Queensland and across Australia and is enforced in Queensland by the Office of Fair Trading and the ACCC.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure — for example an item that is significantly different from its description or photographs, or is unsafe or unfit for its ordinary purpose — you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item.

These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, the no-change-of-mind policy above. Change of mind is not a failure of a consumer guarantee, so it does not attract these remedies.

Where a defect, flaw, restoration, missing element or other condition issue is clearly disclosed in the listing description or photographs before you buy, that disclosed condition is not treated as a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee.

To make a claim, contact us with your order details, photographs and a description of the problem. Where a valid claim is accepted, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.

This page explains our policy in plain terms and is not legal advice. For guidance specific to your circumstances, see consumer.gov.au / accc.gov.au or the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
